- EG is operating technical service business in POSCO Po-hang Steel Works(EG TECH) and POSCO Gwang-Yang Steel Works(EG TECH). EG takes care of Operating and Maintenance works in whole Iron Oxide producing Line. The iron Oxide from acid recycling process, Gwangyang Steel works go though the 1st quality management, and EG does the 2nd quality management and produce high quality & high performance Iron Oxide and various ferrite powder by using acquired technique and experiences. EG is supplying 52,000tons per year to many domestic and oversea companies in Japan, China, Taiwan and so forth.

- EG corporation built its factory of Ni-Zn and Mg-Zn ferrite powder in Jan. 1999. In 2001, another ferrite powder factory was built and All of the ferrite powder produced at these facilities is delivered to TDK Co., ltd, one of the leading electronic components manufacturers in the world. EG Corporation has signed a long-term contract with TDK, which has allowed the business to meet another milestone in its growth.

- EG corporation completed the plant in Ulsan, Mipo industrial complex(31,420 centiare) for extracting vanadium and molybdenum from desulfurized spent catalyst. EG corporation improved localization of metal and recycling technology of industrial waste by introducing valuable metal recovery technology through processing spent catalyst. So EG corporation created high value added of import alternative effect. EG corporation is planning to achieve the goal of growth and gains by increasing production of high value added product.
